He will need ongoing testing and examination so the doctors can fully understand what the root cause is. Doctors have prescribed a much needed time of rest and speech therapy and unfortunately, he is having to take a leave of absence from his current career. Thank God his job benefits will pay short-term disability insurance and we are grateful, however, it will only cover a percentage of his income.
