As of late, he was showing signs of slurred speech, speech impairment and due to the lack of feeling in his face, drooling at random. With nearly a week in the hospital and neurological testing with the biggest & scariest concerns of ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease).
After a grueling and painful testing process of Motor Neuron Disease (ALS) Marty was recently diagnose with Dysarthria, which is a neurological disorder that causes the brain to not effectively communicate with the muscle and nerves in the tongue causing impaired speech that affects his ability to speak and sing.
